£12.85 rising to £14.04 following successful settling in period.

30 hour permanent contract on a 2 week rolling rota as follows :

• Week 1:
  Mon – 1pm – 10.30pm, Weds & Thurs – 4pm – 10.30pm
• Week 2:
  Sat & Sun – 1pm – 10.30pm, Mon & Tues – 4pm – 10.30pm & Thurs 1pm – 10.30pm

Miners Court is Coastline’s extra care living facility in Redruth, providing an integrated care and support service that promotes independence for all our customers.

You will work with our customers to flexibly meet their individual needs, in accordance with their care and support plans.

• Kind, caring, understanding, patient.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to get stuck in with any challenge.
• Fantastic listener with excellent communication skills.
• Possess or willing to work towards a level 2/3 in Health & Social Care.
• Remain calm under pressure and in an emergency, with the ability to act decisively.
• Experience in the care and support sector is ideal; full training will be provided.
• A satisfactory enhanced DBS check is required.
