We are seeking either an Associate Software Engineer (level
1) or a Software Engineer (level
2) to join our talented team. This program is a large restricted group executing across both Development and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) tasks. The SW Engineering IPT focuses on the development and sustainment of several mission operational SW product lines, as well as the development of new capabilities as coordinated with their restricted SCI Customer. The SW IPT is a large team comprising of multiple subsystems, each with a specialized software focus.

We are looking for an energetic and passionate software engineer to join our team as we work to provide innovative solutions to complex issues in support of our Customer’s national security mission in the areas of Ground Enterprise Modernization and Transition Discrepancy Reports (DRs).

This requisition may be filled at a higher grade based on qualifications listed below.

• Associate Software Engineer: 0 Years with Bachelors in Science; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• Software Engineer: 2 Years with Bachelors in Science; 0 Years with Masters; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• Active SSBI required at the time of application, and the ability to obtain SCI prior to start
• Advanced Object-Oriented programming skills
• Proficiency with C++ programming
• Knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux operating system

• Dev Sec Ops  Test Automation experience
• Experience with programming/scripting languages: C, C++, Java, Python, Perl
• Strong in math and algorithms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with all levels of employees, management, and stakeholders
• Previous participation on an Agile scrum team or familiarity with the Agile process
• Familiarity with the Atlassian Tool Suite (Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket, Bamboo)
• Experience developing in a Linux environment using git
• Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
• Active TS/SCI security clearance

Primary Level Salary Range: $76,200.00 - $
Secondary Level Salary Range: $91,800.00 - $
