About This RoleWe’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to become the engine behind our sales system—from managing our CRM and overseeing the sales pipeline to enabling our team of freelance sales reps and optimizing internal processes for inbound and outbound efforts.

What You’ll DoSales Operations & Systems
- Own and optimize Hub Spot CRM: deal tracking, lead routing, reporting, automation, and data management
- Ensure accurate, real-time visibility into pipeline health, sales stages, and forecasts
- Develop and refine repeatable playbooks for lead management, outreach, and follow-up
- Build scalable systems to support both internal sales initiatives and our freelance team
Sales Enablement & Support
- Provide day-to-day operational support to external sales freelancers—onboarding, training, tools, briefs, and reporting
- Monitor campaign performance and help identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with sales leadership on strategy and execution of outreach plans
Internal Coordination
- Serve as the go-to liaison between sales, marketing, production, and operations teams
- Coordinate across departments to ensure aligned messaging, materials, and goals
- Support the Executive Leadership Team and Sales Leadership Team with insights, reports, and campaign follow-through
Tech & Tools
- Use AI platforms, analytics dashboards, and CRM integrations to improve efficiency
- Lead ongoing training on tools, processes, and best practices across the sales team
- Stay ahead of trends in Rev Ops, automation, and data-driven sales strategies
- 3–5+ years of experience in sales operations, Rev Ops, and agency-side project/sales
- CRM mastery (Hub Spot preferable) – this is a non-negotiable
- Strong analytical skills: you love a good dashboard and know what metrics matter
- Operationally minded with a knack for systems building, documentation, and follow-through
- Ability to support and coach others (external and internal) toward better sales results
- Familiarity with B2B sales cycles, entertainment/marketing campaigns, and digital tools
- Clear communicator who can translate between creatives, salespeople, and clients
- Bonus points:
prior agency experience, influencer or entertainment marketing exposure, and comfort with AI-powered tools
- Streamlined sales systems and increased team adoption of best practices
- External sales reps are well-supported, confident, and productive
- CRM and reporting are accurate, actionable, and useful to leadership
