Thrive Los Angeles is a fast‑growing outsourced sales company specializing in B2B sales strategies tailored to small businesses on behalf of our clients. We use data‑driven insights and cutting‑edge tools to help our team consistently deliver results for our clients, which is driving further expansion.

As a Junior Account Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing accounts, driving revenue for small to mid‑sized business accounts. You'll build client relationships and offer tailored sales solutions in a high‑performance environment.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy: Develop account acquisition and management through business‑to‑business sales.
  • Client Relationships: Develop, build, and maintain strong relationships within a given territory.
  • Sales Presentations & Demos: Present sales pitches and product demonstrations to prospective accounts.
  • Prospecting & Closing: Take ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting new leads to successfully closing deals and driving new revenue.
  • Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in our CRM systems.
Qualifications
  • Ambition & Drive: A strong desire to succeed, learn, and grow within a fast‑paced sales environment. You’re eager to take on challenges and have the motivation to exceed sales targets.
  • Entry‑Level

    Experience:

    While previous sales experience is a plus, it’s not required. We’re looking for individuals with a passion for sales and a willingness to learn and develop their skills.

    The ability to confidently communicate, build rapport, and engage with diverse clients, from small business owners to senior executives in large enterprises.
