Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $18.50 USD per hour

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete your daily tasks.
• When guests need assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs.
• Inform guests about current promotions, store activities and events.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products and services available in the total store, to solve issues and improve guest experience.
• Thank guests and let them know you are glad they chose to shop at Target.
• Explain the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with application or sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with safety standards and company best practices.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Demonstrate how to use the Target App features, including Wallet; be familiar with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up and online ordering and guide guests to enroll and use these features.
• Handle returns by following register prompts and collaborate with leaders to resolve guest needs per Target policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and manage unpurchased items, baskets and hangers for removal.
• Stock supplies during store hours while remaining available for the guest.
• Adhere to safety, ethics and compliance standards.
• Operate in a safe manner; report hazards and correct where possible; comply with safety policies and training.
• Support guest services such as order pickup (OPU), Drive-up (DU) orders and DU returns, while complying with applicable laws (e.g., alcohol) as required.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.
