• Has at least 2 years of previous experience in a bartending role.

• Take orders, prepare drinks, bus tables, manage multiple tabs, and process payments.
• Execute opening and closing duties, such as restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins.
• Ensure the bar is well‑stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer.
• Check taps and appliances to confirm that they are working properly, making minor repairs or changing out kegs, if needed.
• Keep the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles.
• Know all drink recipes including garnish, glassware to be used and specific service, and consistently use these recipes during production.
• Know all spirited beverages, beers, and wines by the glass, on tap, and by the bottle.
• Remain aware of all local liquor laws as well as company and departmental policies regarding consumption of alcoholic beverages. Must have completed an approved California Responsible Beverage Service Training Program.
• Assist restaurant managers with end‑of‑month inventory and day‑to‑day inventory control. Alert management to any problems with stocking, storage, and delivery of product.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that enables getting along with guests, vendors, co‑workers and management.
• Lifting up to 50lbs
