Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, First Shift (5:00 AM – 2:42 PM);
Working Fridays 5:00 AM – 1:42 PM (80 hours over two weeks)

Pay Rate: $31.03 – $39.44 per hour

Shape the Future of Aerospace Manufacturing: PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to find a highly skilled CNC Machinist ready to take on challenging, high‑precision projects. In this role, you will help produce advanced components that drive innovation in next‑generation aerospace systems. Your craftsmanship, technical expertise, and attention to detail will directly contribute to the development of mission‑critical technologies.

• Operate 3‑axis and 5‑axis CNC milling machines to produce complex aerospace components.
• Program parts using Mastercam to meet tight tolerances and design requirements.
• Perform conventional machining operations as needed.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and process documentation.
• Ensure quality and accuracy while maintaining compliance with strict aerospace standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and cross‑functional teams to refine manufacturing methods.
• Troubleshoot machining processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate effectively to support project goals and timelines.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 5 years of CNC programming and machining experience.
• Strong proficiency in Mastercam for 3‑axis and 5‑axis programming.
• Experience operating Haas CNC machines.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.
• Flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shift and overtime as business needs require.

• 10 or more years of CNC machining experience.
• Experience with Mazak CNC machines.
• Ability to operate EDM and Plunge/Sinker machines.
• Active Secret Security Clearance and eligibility for special program access.

$31.03 per hour
