Overview

We’re a premier residential Design-Build Remodeling firm specializing in high-quality home renovations and additions across the South Bay area of Los Angeles. Our integrated team of designers, project managers, and craftsmen deliver exceptional projects with precision, professionalism, and consistency. We’re looking for a Production Manager / Leader to elevate our internal systems, lead our field team, and ensure predictable, profitable project delivery.

• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Lead Carpenters, and field staff
• Oversee all active jobs for schedule, quality, and profitability
• Manage and improve company production systems and workflows
• Maintain the master production schedule and resource forecasting
• Review WIP reports, budgets, change orders, and job costs for margin protection
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify process improvements
• Drive accountability through metrics and team meetings
• Ensure all projects meet safety, quality, and compliance standards

• Are passionate about process, structure, and operational excellence
• Have 5+ years of construction or remodeling management experience
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
• Can balance leadership, data-driven decision-making, and team culture
• Have experience with Buildertrend, Job Tread, CoConstruct, or similar tools
