Pay Range: $22.00-$24.00; on-site housing not offered

We are currently looking to fill a Jr. Maintenance Technician position for Ocean Club, our property located in Redondo Beach, CA.

• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property.
• Ensure the property’s central trash removal areas and/or compactors are serviced, emptied and kept clean.
• Maintain tools and equipment and ensure they are in working order.
• Perform basic housekeeping duties to ensure apartments are ready for occupancy.
• Clean light fixtures, windows, various equipment, laundry rooms, etc. and clean storage and common areas including, Nope, etc.
• Attend monthly safety meetings and accurately complete work records.
• Responsible for safe storage of chemicals, cleaning products and hazardous materials.
• Maintain work, supply carts and storage areas in a neat and organized manner.
• Assist with snow removal as needed.

• Available to work a flexible schedule (Weekends,eitive, On-Call)
• Reliable transportation.

This position requires attendance at offsite meetings, visits to other Company operated locations, purchase of goods from offsite vendors and other tasks away from a single assigned location. Applicant must have a valid driver's license or be able to utilize an alternative form of transportation at their own expense which allows them to reach the required destination in a time period comparable to that if they were to drive their own vehicle.
