Pre-Licensed Clinician:
Master's Level

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Pre-Licensed Clinician to join our team at Albert Knapp & Associates in Redondo Beach, CA. As a Pre-Licensed Clinician, you will work alongside our team of mental health professionals to provide evidence-based play therapy for children and teens with autism, ADHD, and other neurodivergent conditions. • Conduct play therapy sessions with children and teens to treat their cognitive, emotional, and social functioning
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to develop individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing support and guidance
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to design and implement effective treatment plans
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current on best practices and research-based interventions

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related field that is elgible for licensure as a MFT, LPCC, LEP, or LCSW.
• Preference given to those who have worked with children but not experience necessary
• Knowledge of evidence-based play therapy and CBT techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with children, teens, and families from diverse backgrounds
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Must like dogs (5lb yorkie works at the office)
