At Northrop Grumman we design and deliver pioneering systems that shape the future. The Air Dominance Division’s F‑35 Business Unit seeks a Manager to lead our Pricing & Cost Estimating team and drive accurate cost models for production and development.

Relocation assistance may be available.

Travel: 10% of the time.

• Lead Pricing & Cost Estimating for F‑35 Production & Development units.
• Manage staffing, resources, tools, and training for the analysts.
• Set performance goals, provide development actions, and give regular feedback.
• Ensure compliance with NGAS Estimating System requirements.
• Engage business‑unit leadership to develop acquisition and estimating strategies.
• Brief senior management, contract personnel, proposal coordinators, customer representatives, and price auditors.
• Advise on policy and regulation issues (FAR/DFARS/Internal Procedure/CAS).
• Establish strategic relationships internally and with government counterparts.

• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 5 years.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience conducting cost analysis and estimating.
• Experience with FAR and DFARS regulations.
• Must be able to work onsite in Redondo Beach, CA (teleworking Fridays available).

• Secret clearance.

• Salary range: $146,600 – $219,800 per year.
