The RoleThe Dispatch Support team member creates and tracks work orders for the Facilities Department across multiple sites, based on service requests from phone, email, and in‑person contact. The dispatcher closes orders once service is completed and maintains order status in a spreadsheet. The position requires excellent customer service, multitasking, and follow‑up skills.
Responsibilities- Follow Servicon corporate policy and client agreements to develop strong client relationships.
- Answer phones in a friendly manner to gather request details.
- Place and track work orders to ensure timely completion.
- Close facilities orders and record them in a spreadsheet.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Problem‑solving and critical thinking capabilities.
- Calm, poised, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
