Warehouse Worker / Driver
Location: Woodinville, WA
Shift: 7 AM - 4 PM, M-F
Pay: $24-27/hr, DOE
Job DescriptionOversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including supervising warehouse staff and maintaining a clean, organized facility. Coordinate and execute material deliveries to job sites, ensuring timely and efficient service. Receive, inspect, and track incoming freight and materials. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory counts. Manage company tools, equipment, and vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and repairs. Coordinate special warehouse projects and support field teams with material and equipment needs.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and support building and property maintenance. Communicate regularly with project managers and superintendents to align warehouse activities with project requirements. Prepare and submit timely reports. Occasionally serve as a backup driver for company deliveries.

- Excellent punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly and perform physical tasks such as climbing, crouching, and carrying materials.
- Willingness to work overtime, including nights and weekends.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.
- Understanding of construction tools and materials preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is preferred.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Redmond, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
