Job Summary

We are hiring immediately for a CATERING DOT DRIVER I (PART TIME) position.

Location:

Compass at Microsoft th Ave NE, Redmond, WA 98052. Overlake Bus Stop.

Schedule:

Part Time;
Monday-Friday, shifts may vary – more details during the interview.

Fixed Pay Rate: $30.50 per hour.

• Safely transport passengers along designated routes as arranged by schedule or dispatch.
• Assist with setup, service, and breakdown of catered events, including assembling, delivering, and serving food and supplies.
• Communicate effectively with front‑ and back‑of‑house teams, follow BEO instructions, and maintain proper food temperatures and sanitation.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicle and catering area; perform daily cleaning and basic vehicle maintenance.
• Assist with returning equipment and supplies, and keep vehicle and catering area clean.
• Provide friendly, courteous service to all guests.
• Review and submit vehicle work tickets when required; respond to emergency needs as dictated by road or environmental conditions.
• Provide feedback to management on how services may be improved.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Valid driver’s license and 5+ years of driving experience, Food Service experience strongly preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant customer service or driving experience (for the driver portion).
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to multi‑task and adapt to changes quickly.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
