We are seeking an experienced RF Software Integration Engineer to drive end‑to‑end integration of Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, and Cellular solutions on Windows‑based devices. In this role, you will work closely with IHVs, internal test teams, hardware partners, and OS stakeholders to ensure high‑quality, robust connectivity experiences from early bring‑up through production.

This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys cross‑company collaboration, deep debugging across the RF/driver/OS boundary, and owning integration quality across multiple wireless technologies.

• Serve as the primary software integration point of contact with IHVs to enable and stabilize Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, and Cellular solutions on Windows platforms
• Collaborate closely with test and validation teams to triage, debug, and resolve RF‑related issues, including firmware, driver, and OS‑level bugs
• Lead root‑cause analysis across the RF stack by working with IHVs, silicon vendors, and internal platform teams
• Partner with hardware, systems, and OS teams to ensure reliable interoperability, performance, and regulatory readiness
• Track and manage blocking issues, bugs, and risks, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication to stakeholders
• Contribute to integration documentation, bring‑up guides, and best practices to improve scalability across programs
• Support certification and compliance workflows (e.g., Wi‑Fi Alliance, Bluetooth SIG, PTCRB/GCF for cellular) as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong hands‑on experience with wireless connectivity technologies, including one or more of:
• C/C++
• Experience collaborating with IHVs or silicon vendors on driver, firmware, and integration issues
• Proven ability to debug complex cross‑layer issues spanning firmware, drivers, OS, and hardware
• Comfortable working in cross‑functional environments with test, systems, hardware, and program management teams

• Experience with the Windows RF stack (drivers, services, networking subsystem, or RF‑specific components)
• Familiarity with Windows driver development, debugging tools, and telemetry
• Experience with RF bring‑up and validation on new platforms or products
• Knowledge of certification requirements for wireless or cellular technologies
• Strong communication skills for working with external partners and internal stakeholders across time zones
• Working knowledge of AI‑assisted developer productivity tools

Pay Range Minimum: $92000/Year

Pay Range Maximum: $141000/Year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance‑based bonuses subject to company policies.
