We are seeking a licensed Residential Journeyman Plumber to handle premium installations repairs and maintenance in high end properties. • Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems in upscale residences following blueprints specifications and current Washington state codes.
• Diagnose plumbing problems quickly, propose effective solutions and explain options clearly to homeowners.
• Perform thorough safety inspections, maintain high quality standards and coordinate with other trades or team members for smooth project delivery.
• Manage daily service tickets efficiently while delivering exceptional results and positive customer experiences.

• Active Washington State PL-02 Residential Plumber license required, PL-01 Journeyman license preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of hands on residential plumbing experience in service repair and installation work.
• Live within approximately 1 hour commute of the service areas (Redmond Sammamish Kirkland Woodinville).
• Deep understanding of plumbing codes, systems, materials and professional tools.
• Outstanding customer service skills, detail oriented approach and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Hourly rate of $40 to $50 based on experience plus commission opportunities.
