Embedded Security Technician – Redmond, WA

We are seeking a skilled Embedded Security Technician
to support a high‑profile client at their facility in Redmond, Washington
. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented security professional who takes pride in delivering reliable, high‑quality installations and service of security systems in a commercial environment.

The technician will be responsible for installing, servicing, and troubleshooting a variety of enterprise‑level electronic security systems, including access control
,
intrusion detection
, and
CCTV/video surveillance
. This is an on‑site role embedded with the client, requiring professionalism, technical expertise, and strong communication skills.

• Install, configure, and service commercial security systems
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on access control, intrusion, and CCTV systems
• Work with system hardware, software, and network components
• Install, terminate, and test
  CAT6 cabling
  and related infrastructure
• Document work performed and maintain accurate service records

• Minimum 3 years of experience
  installing and servicing electronic security systems in a
  commercial
  setting
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network layers
• Proficiency with CAT6 installation, termination, and testing

• Hands‑on experience with
  Lenel
  and
  Avigilon
  systems (highly preferred)
• Familiarity with other major platforms such as
  Genetec
  ,
  Axis
  , or similar enterprise‑grade systems
• Ability to work independently in a client‑facing environment
