• Meet with pre-qualified leads in-home and on-site to understand customer needs
• Educate customers on our premium floor coating solutions and benefits
• Deliver professional, accurate estimates and effectively close high-value deals
• Collaborate closely with install teams for flawless project delivery and customer handoff
• Represent the Wise brand with energy, integrity, and professionalism on every client interaction
• Maintain excellent communication and follow-up with all prospective customers
• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Must live within commuting distance to Redmond (Service area includes Bellevue, Redmond, and Kirkland)
• Coachable, ambitious, and ready to build something great

• Earnings: $85K-$175K/yr (Base + Commission)
