, we are looking for an energetic and customer‑focused Retail Senior Sales Associate to join our team. We value a passion for music, excellent customer service, and a team‑first attitude.
Pay Rate: $19.45/hr – $30.69/hr plus commission, depending on background and experience. (Actual compensation may vary.)
Responsibilities- Customer Engagement:
Create a welcoming environment and help customers find the perfect gear. - Sales & Revenue Generation:
Achieve and exceed sales targets, upsell and cross‑sell. - Product Knowledge:
Maintain expert‑level knowledge of guitars, recording equipment, and accessories. - Customer Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and fellow associates. - Merchandising & Store Maintenance:
Keep displays organized, restock shelves, and maintain the store’s ambiance. - Store Support & Operations:
Mentor team members, support customer interactions, and handle opening/closing duties as a keyholding member.
- Passion for music with a solid understanding of instruments and products.
- Proven sales success and a track record of exceeding targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Ability to influence and inspire teammates.
- Flexibility to work additional hours, nights, and weekends as needed.
