Marketing Manager

Job Title: Marketing Manager 4

Location: Remote (within US)

Pay Range: $42/hr to $45/hr on W2

What's the Job?

• Lead segmentation work, account-based marketing initiatives, and nurture targeted startup accounts to attract high-potential founders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Startup Success, and Events to develop integrated campaigns.
• Analyze performance data and account signals to optimize marketing strategies and improve engagement metrics.
• Develop and implement procedures for identifying advertising needs and measuring campaign effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with ecosystem partners, investors, and high-impact events to activate target accounts.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in Account-Based Marketing Strategy & Execution, with proven success in designing multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Data, Tooling & Performance Analytics, including marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Demonstrated ability to orchestrate ecosystem‑ and event‑led campaigns through partners and investors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, with relevant industry experience.
