In this critical role, you will operate and monitor machinery that supports aerospace manufacturing operations, ensuring precision, quality, and efficiency in every part produced.

Your expertise will directly impact production success, product quality, and overall operational performance — and we want you on our team!

• Shift: 1st Shift M-F
• Pay Rate: $25.32/hr
• Bonus Program: up to $3,000

• Experience operating CNC machines, lathes, mills, or similar production equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings
• Knowledge of machining processes and metal fabrication techniques
• Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing standards and precision requirements

• Experience performing in-process inspections
• Proficient using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Strong attention to detail to maintain tight tolerances

• Ability to identify and troubleshoot machine or process issues
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset

• Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards
• Ability to operate machinery safely and identify potential hazards

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Willingness to learn new equipment, systems, and processes
