We are looking for talented technicians to help full‑scale production of the Leo satellites. • Follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Assemble and test with emphasis to detail, an assortment of LRUs, electrical‑mechanical assemblies, avionics, or other complex aerospace builds
• Participate in process improvements, maintain floor stock inventory
• Execute and prioritize work independently to meet company deliverables
• Execute test procedures for component and system level testing maintenance
• Champion safety requirements in all designated zones and work locations
• Ensure lab equipment is maintained and calibrated
• Support preventative maintenance activities on test equipment and data acquisition systems
• Receive shipments and coordinate deliveries with recipients (using pallet jacks, kit carts, etc.)
• Contribute to improving SOPs and safety procedures

Export Control Requirement:
Candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.

The starting pay for this role in Washington State is up to $33.50 / hour and employees are eligible for incremental raises based on tenure.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years experience in mechanical or electrical hardware assembly, test, and/or installation
• Experience in the aerospace industry, automotive industry, medical device industry, aviation, military, or other high-reliability operating/manufacturing environment

• Experience with environmental testing – vibration, shock, thermal, EMI/EMC, etc.
• Experience conducting structural, mechanical, or electrical systems integration testing
• Demonstrated ability to follow electromechanical test requirements
• Experience working with FOD, ESD sensitive hardware, and clean room requirements
• Experience with forklifts, cranes and heavy equipment (including previous certifications)
• A demonstrated ability in reading/understanding technical drawings, work instructions, and standard operating procedures
• Knowledge of electrical, optical and mechanical systems, antennas, functional testing, and/or satellite components
• Ability to use multiple types of precision measuring instruments
