Introduction

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Construction Site Contracts Manager. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely with the possibility of being located in Wenatchee or Seattle, though it is not required. The position is set to start on January 22, 2026, and will end on June 30, 2027.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Review operations and collaborate with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
  • Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems.
  • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
  • Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
Preferred

Skills & Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in business or related field.
  • Experience with design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
  • Review operations and collaborate with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
  • Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems.
  • Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances.
  • Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products.
  • Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
