Job Location: Redmond, WA 98052
Job Duration: 12 Months Contract
Shift Type: Normal morning shift with flexibility to work evenings as needed based on manager or project requirements.
Pay Rate: $38.00/hr to $49.00/hr
Job Description- Perform precise soldering and wire harness work to support lab operations, ensuring high-quality assembly and testing of electronic components.
- Maintain lab organization and cleanliness while supporting the engineering team with small-footprint circuitry and assemblies.
- Be a flexible, reliable resource for the lab, adaptable to evolving project needs and schedules.
- Construct wire harnesses and perform continuity testing.
- Execute through-hole and surface-mount soldering (down to 0201 size).
- Apply conformal coatings as needed.
- Use microscopes and other precision tools for small-footprint circuit work.
- Maintain general lab cleanliness and organization.
- Collaborate with lab engineers and follow guidance from the lab operations manager.
- 3-5 years of soldering experience, including through-hole and surface-mount (0201) work.
- Experience with wire harness construction and continuity testing.
- Familiarity with conformal coating and working under microscopes.
- Ability to maintain an organized, clean lab environment.
- Self-starter with a professional, motivated, and trainable attitude.
- IPC 610 certification
- Flexible schedule, willing to work later shifts (e.g., 12-8 or 10-6).
