Base Pay Range
$30.00/hr - $35.00/hr
Your Talent and Technical Services Partner9 Month Contract + Extensions or conversion to FTE
Location: Redmond, WA – onsite
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm
Must Haves- High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
- Hands‑on work experience Electrical‑Mechanical Assembly, Final Integration and/or Harness Integration
- Experience in a fast‑paced production environment
- Hands‑on experience with precision torque, measurement and inspection devices (e.g., automated and manual torque wrenches, torque drivers, calipers, micrometers, profilometers, optical inspection devices, multimeters), as well as standard hand tools
- Ability to read, interpret and work from engineering documentation and/or drawings
- Aircraft & Powerplant (A&P) and/or Avionics certification/license
- ASE certification and/or equivalent experience
- CFOT certification and/or equivalent experience
- Experience working with FOD, ESD sensitive hardware and clean room requirements
- Prior military service a plus

Key Job Responsibilities- Champion safety requirements in all designated zones and work locations
- Assemble and test with emphasis to detail, an assortment of avionic LRUs, electrical‑mechanical assemblies, handle and install fiber‑optics, and PCBAs
- Ensure assembly/lab equipment is maintained and calibrated
- Support some preventative maintenance activities on test equipment and data acquisition systems
- Identify equipment requirements, process improvements, maintain floor stock inventory
- Independently execute and prioritize work to meet company deliverables
- Execute test procedures for component and system level testing maintenance
- Receive shipments and coordinate deliveries with recipients (Using pallet jacks, kit carts, etc.)
- Contribute to improving SOPs and safety procedures
