Base Pay Range

$30.00/hr - $35.00/hr

9 Month Contract + Extensions or conversion to FTE

Location: Redmond, WA – onsite

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm

Must Haves
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Hands‑on work experience Electrical‑Mechanical Assembly, Final Integration and/or Harness Integration
  • Experience in a fast‑paced production environment
  • Hands‑on experience with precision torque, measurement and inspection devices (e.g., automated and manual torque wrenches, torque drivers, calipers, micrometers, profilometers, optical inspection devices, multimeters), as well as standard hand tools
  • Ability to read, interpret and work from engineering documentation and/or drawings
Nice to Have Skills and Experience (Not Required)
  • Aircraft & Powerplant (A&P) and/or Avionics certification/license
  • ASE certification and/or equivalent experience
  • CFOT certification and/or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with FOD, ESD sensitive hardware and clean room requirements
  • Prior military service a plus

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Champion safety requirements in all designated zones and work locations
  • Assemble and test with emphasis to detail, an assortment of avionic LRUs, electrical‑mechanical assemblies, handle and install fiber‑optics, and PCBAs
  • Ensure assembly/lab equipment is maintained and calibrated
  • Support some preventative maintenance activities on test equipment and data acquisition systems
  • Identify equipment requirements, process improvements, maintain floor stock inventory
  • Independently execute and prioritize work to meet company deliverables
  • Execute test procedures for component and system level testing maintenance
  • Receive shipments and coordinate deliveries with recipients (Using pallet jacks, kit carts, etc.)
  • Contribute to improving SOPs and safety procedures
