Senior Business Manager

What You’ll Do

• Drive Team Operations & Rhythm of Business: Develop, implement, and maintain the Marketing Analytics team’s RoB in partnership with the Leadership Team and central partners (Chief of Staff, HR, Finance).
• Orchestrate key cadences such as meetings, leadership meetings, talent talks, budget planning, and business reviews.
• Financial & Talent Management: Oversee headcount planning and tracking, budgeting for travel and expenses (T&E), and usage of development programs.
• Monitor hiring, onboarding, and talent mobility processes.
• Communications & Knowledge Sharing: Own team communication channels (SharePoint, Teams).
• Ensure key information, wins, and learnings are documented and shared.
• Cross-Team Collaboration & Special Initiatives: Drive strategic initiatives that strengthen connections between Marketing Analytics and other teams across the broader marketing community.
• Advance analytics priorities across teams.
• Executive Support & Leadership Enablement: Serve as a trusted advisor and execution arm for the GM and Leadership Team.
• Prepare content and agendas for leadership meetings and offsites.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science) AND 6+ years experience in financial management, business management, operations, strategy, or related roles OR equivalent experience.
• Experience driving team rhythms and managing complex projects.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, headcount, and resource planning.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and influence outcomes.
• Experience managing confidential information with discretion.

• Master’s Degree OR equivalent experience.
• Experience with commercial product marketing and/or field marketing/sales organizations.
• Analytical skills and comfort using data/insights to inform decisions and measure impact.
• Experience in change management and culture leadership.
• Growth mindset and commitment to marketing excellence.

• Strong business management foundation combined with solid analytics experience.
• Comfortable working in a data‑driven environment and partnering with analytics teams.
• Ability to balance operational excellence with strategic priorities.
• Ability to be on site in Redmond office one day per week.

Compensation:
Prime 8 uses different pay ranges based on level of position, relevant experience and specific candidate location. The pay range for this role is between $68-72 per hour (based on full time employment), plus employee benefits.
