Your expertise will be crucial in navigating the intricacies of immigration law, providing essential support to both administrators and employees, and fostering an environment of compliance and efficiency.

• Leverage U.S. immigration legal knowledge to achieve daily workflow targets and uphold the integrity of the case preparation program.
• Provide training to administrative staff on immigration filings, document processing, and job postings, offering guidance and reviewing work for legal accuracy and quality.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and resolution for legal and operational challenges.
• Propose innovative legal process improvements to elevate legal quality, enhance employee experience, optimize workflow, and build operational resilience.
• Conduct legal reviews of filings.
• Address legal inquiries related to employment eligibility verification processes.
• Support the resolution of complex employment eligibility verification issues.
• Train and oversee administrators involved in employment eligibility reverification.
• Assist managers in understanding labor certification requirements and obligations during applicant reviews.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding visa and green card eligibility, travel, and maintenance of status.

• 1+ years of overall experience in the legal field.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a credible university.
• Admission to the bar is required.

• Experience in a high-volume legal environment.
• Demonstrated ability to support complex employment eligibility verification issue resolution.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with standard business productivity tools.
