Operations Manager, Talent Manager, Program / Project Manager
Our client, a leading organization in the technology and services sector, is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 3 to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Project Delivery Support team supporting regional leads and customer success initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Program Manager Non Tech 3
Location: Remote (EST or MST hours preferred)
Pay Rate Range: $53/hr to $58/hr on W2
Contract Duration :
Until 6/30/2026
Coordinate projects by developing detailed plans to achieve goals and ensure seamless integration of activities.
Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients and stakeholders effectively.
Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate team members, fostering staff development and competence.
Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility and strategic alignment.
Collaborate with management, production, and marketing teams to discuss project specifications and procedures.
Proven experience supporting the launch and delivery of new services or programs in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel, for reporting and presentation purposes.
Experience with change management, communications, and project delivery within large, matrixed organizations.
Knowledge of project planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement.
