We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our expanding team and deliver innovative consulting solutions to our Fortune 50 customers. The ideal candidate demonstrates a proactive leadership style, excels in a fast‑paced environment, and embodies our core values of sustainability and diversity.

• Lead end‑to‑end project management activities, from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining and enhancing relationships.
• Collaborate with clients to define business objectives and develop detailed project strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop diverse project teams.
• Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Effectively communicate project goals, status, and outcomes to all stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee project budgets, tracking expenditures and forecasting costs.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes.
• Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth implementation of changes.
• Strategically allocate resources to meet project demands.
• Contribute to the firm’s knowledge base with insights and best practices.
• Support business development by identifying new opportunities and preparing proposals.
• Commit to personal growth by staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate across teams and maintain frequent communication with virtual teams.

• 7+ years of experience with Program/Project Management.
• 7+ years of experience with scope management across the delivery lifecycle.
• Required:

• Preferred: 4+ years at a Fortune 50 company (FTE or Consultant).

• Preferred: 4+ years of Planning and Organizational skills.

• 4+ years of experience with Planning and Organizational skills (preferred).

Frequently standing, walking, and sitting. Occasional lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds. Must be able to work at a computer or desk area for extended periods of time.

  Approximately $145,000 – $165,000 annually, based on a $70-$80 per hour rate.
