Strategic Program Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and business solutions sector, is seeking a Strategic Program Manager to join their team. As a Strategic Program Manager, you will be part of the Strategic Initiatives Department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong strategic thinking, excellent stakeholder management, and proactive problem‑solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

100% Remote

18 Month Contract

Pay Range: $62/hour

• Coordinate projects by developing detailed plans to achieve organizational goals and oversee the integration of various activities.

• Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate informed decision‑making.

• Recruit, assign, and provide feedback to stakeholders involved in project execution to ensure alignment and performance.

• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility and strategic fit.

• Collaborate with management and other leaders to discuss project specifications, procedures, and improvements.

• 8‑10 years of experience in project or strategy management, with a proven track record of leading complex initiatives.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling narratives.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and organizational navigation skills.

• Experience working independently and managing time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

• Proficiency with business management principles, strategic planning, and relevant software such as MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.
