What You’ll Do

  • Review non-immigrant and immigrant visa filings to ensure legal accuracy and compliance
  • Support high-volume U.S. business immigration operations, including petition review and case preparation
  • Address legal questions related to I-9, E-Verify, and reverification processes
  • Resolve complex E-Verify issues and provide legal guidance
  • Train and support administrative staff on USCIS filings, document processing, and PERM job postings
  • Review administrative work product for quality and legal accuracy
  • Assist with PERM applicant review requirements and compliance obligations
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding visas, green cards, travel, and maintenance of status
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance quality, efficiency, and employee experience
  • Support root cause analysis and resolution of legal and operational issues
What You Bring
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active bar admission
  • 1+ year of immigration law experience (business immigration preferred; family-based acceptable)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, onsite environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools
