What You’ll Do
- Review non-immigrant and immigrant visa filings to ensure legal accuracy and compliance
- Support high-volume U.S. business immigration operations, including petition review and case preparation
- Address legal questions related to I-9, E-Verify, and reverification processes
- Resolve complex E-Verify issues and provide legal guidance
- Train and support administrative staff on USCIS filings, document processing, and PERM job postings
- Review administrative work product for quality and legal accuracy
- Assist with PERM applicant review requirements and compliance obligations
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding visas, green cards, travel, and maintenance of status
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance quality, efficiency, and employee experience
- Support root cause analysis and resolution of legal and operational issues
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active bar admission
- 1+ year of immigration law experience (business immigration preferred; family-based acceptable)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, onsite environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools
