IT Project Manager, AI Engineer

We are seeking a senior-level AI Product Manager to lead a high-impact transformation initiative within our Legal and Philanthropies digital group. This role bridges the gap between complex business workflows and cutting-edge technology, specifically focusing on how agentic AI can modernize enterprise contract management. You will act as a hybrid Product and Technical Program Manager, driving the roadmap for internal systems used by major global business groups.

responsibilities:
Analyze contracting workflows (30-40% of role) to identify bottlenecks solvable by AI.
Write technical features for AI tools and collaborate with engineering on solution planning.
Manage communications and alignment across executives, stakeholders, and technical dependencies.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, including UAT and rollout procedures.
Ensure projects are delivered on-time with high quality, providing risk assessment for technical applications.
qualifications:10+ years of Product Management or Technical Program Management experience in a large enterprise environment.
3+ years of direct experience building AI solutions and writing technical features for AI products.
Proven ability to transform business processes using agentic AI or AI agents.
Strong background in managing stakeholders within a complex matrixed organization.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree (MBA or MS).
Previous experience in legal technology or contract management transformation
