Vice President Delivery - Gen AI

Job Description
The Vice President of Gen AI Delivery will drive innovation and excellence in building next-generation AI services and solutions in an industry-leading Frontier AI Data Foundry. This role leads a global team delivering cutting-edge Generative AI programs, such as Prompt Engineering and Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback, for industry-leading clients. We are looking for a strong leader who can transform and motivate a diverse global team of 200+.

Location

Location is open as the team is Global. Some travel will be required.

Requirements

• 15+ years of leadership experience in AI, data science, or related fields.
• Expertise in Generative AI concepts like fine-tuning and Retrieval Augmented Generation.
• Proven ability to lead and scale large, diverse global teams.
• Strong strategic vision with exceptional execution and decision-making skills.
• Executive-level communication, relationship-building, and client management skills.
