Data Engineer
We are seeking a data engineer with experience in building and optimizing data pipelines and reporting solutions for an opportunity with one of our large tech client’s product teams.
In this role, you will focus heavily on report development and improvement, and working with large and complex data sets across a variety of platforms. You will collaborate cross-functionally to understand reporting needs, make thoughtful improvements to data quality, and streamline processes that enable better decision-making.
If you are the right fit, you are detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable navigating a constantly evolving environment. You find deep satisfaction in making sense of complex data, and ultimately drawing out insights from these numbers to deliver reliable, high-quality data solutions.
This is a full time, remote, contract engagement slated through June 30, 2026, with potential to extend up to 18 months in duration. We’ll only be able to respond to applicants who meet the basic qualifications for this role. Required:
- 3+ years of experience working with large, complex data sets
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines across multiple platforms
- Experience developing and maintaining reports and dashboards, including new and existing reporting solutions
- Proficiency with Power BI for data modeling and visualization
- Experience automating data workflows and improving data quality processes
Preferred:
- Experience working in within an enterprise tech environment
- Experience optimizing reporting performance and scalability
Compensation 50-55/hr w2 DOE
