Position Title: Telco O2C and eCommerce UAT test Lead

Location: Redmond, Washington 98052

Duration: 6 months with high possibilities of extension

Pay Range: $60–$65/hr on W2

Expertise in the Telco and Broadband connectivity domain is required. A UAT engineer in the telecommunications sector must have specific knowledge of telco business processes and products, including:

• Lead-to-Order (L2O): manage customer leads, create complex product bundles, generate quotes for telecommunications services, and automate order creation.
• Order-to-Cash (O2C): process high volumes of customer orders, manage complex billing scenarios (e.g., usage-based billing), conduct credit checks, and ensure accurate invoicing and revenue reconciliation.
• System integration: test seamless data flow between CRM, ERP, and billing systems.
• Create UAT plans: develop comprehensive UAT strategies, including test plans, scenarios, and scripts for the L2O and O2C systems.
• Define acceptance criteria: work with business analysts and product owners to establish clear, user-focused acceptance criteria for new features or system changes.
• Manage test data: coordinate the setup and management of realistic test data to simulate customer interactions, orders, and payments.
• Order-to-Cash (OTC) testing.
• System Integration Testing (SIT).
• eCommerce strategy support.
• Test management.
• Improve testing processes and quality.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
