Job Title:
Business Analyst 4
Location: Remote (Preferred: Seattle/Puget Sound, WA – Hybrid if local)
Duration: 4 Months (high possibility for an extension after the budget approval)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week (No OT)
Pay Rate Range: $40 to $48/hr
Key Responsibilities- Lead requirements discovery, analysis, and documentation for compensation initiatives and promotion cycles
- Translate compensation policy, regulatory, and business needs into functional requirements and solution designs
- Partner cross-functionally with HR Compensation, Performance & Development, Engineering, Payroll, Finance, and Data teams
- Support solution design reviews, impact assessments, dependency management, and release planning
- Define and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy including:
- Test scenarios
- Defect triage
- Release readiness validation
- Ensure data integrity, controls, and audit readiness across compensation processes
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to reduce manual effort and operational risk
- Produce clear documentation, stakeholder communications, and decision-support artifacts
Deep hands-on knowledge of HR platforms, including configuration, integration, and governance at scale.
Advanced ability to translate complex business, policy, and regulatory requirements into functional specifications.
Experience owning UAT strategy, test scenario development, and partnering with Privacy, Compliance, and HR Operations.
Experience with SAP HR and Success Factors Employee Central, including understanding of data flows and integrations.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills
- Knowledge of strategic planning, financial analysis, and business management principles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field (Required)
- 8–10 years of relevant experience (Required)
