UX Designer

Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a UX Designer 5 to join their team. As a UX Designer 5, you will be part of the internal tools development supporting customer service, sales, account management, and marketing software. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, collaboration, and innovative design skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: UX Designer 5
Location:Fully Remote (Any US time Zone, Preferred Seattle area)
Pay Range: $56/hr to $60/hr on W2

• Engage with business development teams and customers early to understand their needs and goals
• Analyze user needs and software requirements to assess design feasibility within time and budget constraints
• Design, develop, and modify internal tools to enhance user experience and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including researchers, product managers, and engineers to refine designs
• Champion the adoption of design systems to ensure consistency and cohesion across products

• Minimum 10 years' experience with UX/Interaction Design, Visual Design, and Product Design
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, or related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality UX and visual design work
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience working collaboratively across diverse teams and influencing design outcomes
