Position: M365 Technical Support Engineer (10-12 years of Experience)
Location: Remote Opportunity
Duration: 02 years Contract + extension/conversion
Pay Range: $75-$80/hr on W2
Job DescriptionMid‑senior engineer focused on Microsoft 365 deployment execution, troubleshooting, and customer support. Works under architectural guidance to deliver high‑quality implementations.
Key Responsibilities- Perform hands‑on deployments across Microsoft 365 workloads (Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, Outlook)
- Configure Teams Phone and assist with meeting room device setup
- Support Intune device onboarding, compliance policies, app deployment
- Manage identity tasks in Entra (user provisioning, access policies)
- Contribute to Viva module deployment and configuration
- Execute light scripting (Power Shell) and build Power Platform flows when applicable
- Provide customer‑facing technical support and issue resolution
- Participate in documentation creation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness
- Strong M365 deployment experience with Teams/SharePoint/One Drive
- Working knowledge of Teams Phone and meeting room setups
- Solid Intune endpoint management exposure
- Experience with identity configurations in Entra
- Ability to diagnose and resolve M365‑related issues
- Strong communication skills for customer interaction
