SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic professional to join our Security organization's operations and enablement team, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless release readiness across our product portfolio. In this position, you will serve as the central coordination point between engineering, documentation, product management, and support teams, ensuring that every feature release and product change is executed flawlessly.

Your work will directly impact how we communicate changes to our technical audiences and ensure our customers receive the highest quality support and documentation for our security solutions.
- Manage end-to-end release readiness activities for features and product changes across multiple divisions including Intune and management solutions
- Coordinate with engineering, documentation, product management, and support teams to gather, consolidate, and disseminate information about upcoming releases
- Update stakeholders regularly on release status, risks, and critical dependencies
- Prepare product management teams for support training sessions and ensure readiness for customer-facing activities
- Drive continuous process improvements by listening to stakeholder feedback and implementing operational enhancements
- Develop and operationalize AI solutions, including agents, to automate workflows and optimize release processes
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels and clearly communicate project status, risks, and blockers
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across different issues and timelines with precision and attention to detail
- Ensure all customer-facing deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on schedule
- Track and submit messages using various tools and platforms throughout the release lifecycle
- Lead communications improvements to enhance clarity and effectiveness for technical audiences
- Exercise sound judgment when making decisions under tight time frames and pressure
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Stable employment history demonstrating commitment and career progression
- Project management and program management expertise with focus on release readiness execution
- Proficiency with Azure Dev Ops, VSTS, and Git Hub for project tracking and collaboration
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Fluent English language capabilities including speaking, reading, and writing
- Strong cross-group collaboration abilities with proven track record of working across organizational boundaries
- Ability to influence executives, corporate teams, and field organizations effectively
- Exceptional multitasking capabilities to manage several parallel projects simultaneously
- Quick learning ability to master new tools for message tracking and submissions
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Empathy for support team experiences and customer needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to technical audiences
- Sound judgment and decision-making abilities, especially under pressure
- Knowledge of Intune, security solutions, or Microsoft 365 products
- Experience with Microsoft cloud platforms and services
- Business maturity and grace under pressure in high-stakes situations
