Senior M365 Technical Architect

Our client is seeking M365 Technical Architect to join their team.

Senior SME responsible for leading complex Microsoft 365 deployment initiatives. Provides architecture guidance, escalation support, and direct customer engagement. Ensures solution quality, alignment to best practices, and technical leadership across work streams.

• Lead end-to-end architecture and deployment of Microsoft 365 workloads (Teams, Teams Phone, Teams Rooms, Outlook, SharePoint, One Drive, Copilot)
• Design technical roadmaps, governance models, and migration plans
• Advise on advanced Intune endpoint management, security configuration, and identity lifecycle (Entra )
• Provide technical leadership to junior and mid-level team members
• Engage directly with customer stakeholders, presenting recommendations and resolving escalations
• Support Copilot adoption strategy, readiness, and governance
• Oversee automation strategy using Power Shell or Power Platform where applicable

• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 architecture and deployment patterns
• Hands‑on expertise with identity & access (Entra ), conditional access, MFA, SSO
• Advanced Intune experience (Windows, macOS, mobile device management)
• Hands‑on experience with Teams Phone, SBCs, PSTN connectivity, and meeting room deployments
• Strong understanding of Viva suite (Connections, Insights, Learning, etc.)
• Strong customer‑facing communication and executive presentation skills
