• Author guidelines for data collection and conduct quality assurance audits to ensure high standards.
• Perform internal research studies, including sourcing participants, guiding them through study procedures, and collecting data while maintaining confidentiality.
• Conduct weekly QA audits of data captured by internal and external teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Compose weekly reports on trends and issues identified in collection data to inform project improvements.
• Provide continual feedback loops to support project success and monitor program performance for quality enhancement.

• Native fluency in Italian, essential for participant interaction and data collection.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload independently and efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities to interpret data accurately.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Google Sheets/Excel) and formula writing for data analysis.
