Data Scientist

Our client, a leading organization in the gaming industry, is seeking a Data Scientist 4 to join their team. As a Data Scientist 4, you will be part of the Data Science Department supporting marketing and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid from Bear Creek A building, 3 days/week onsite)

What's the Job?

• Analyze data from marketing and engineering teams to generate actionable insights.
• Develop and lead analysis to identify key drivers of monetization, engagement, and retention.
• Evaluate the impact of evergreen campaigns on key metrics through data analysis.
• Create and maintain dashboards in Power BI to visualize campaign performance and broader player lifecycle messaging impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing campaigns and improve data infrastructure.

What's Needed?

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in data analysis, with proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience presenting data insights effectively to stakeholders.
• 3+ years of experience creating dashboards, preferably in Power BI.
• Strong understanding of causal inference frameworks and pipelines.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
