Basic

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred

• At least 7 years of experience in software development experience encompassing following:
• Experience in OOPs, SOLID Design principles and SDLC
• Experience in Problem Solving Analytical and Debugging Skills.
• Hands on experience working in N-Tier complex projects – web applications
• Experience in Agile SCRUM Methodology
• Experience working in .NET, C#, MVC
• Experience in CSHTML, HTML5, CSS and Java Script
• Experience in Angular JS, Type Script, React JS, Knockout (At least one)
• Any UT framework Like Jasmine, Specflow
• Knowledge of CICD toolset: VSO/TFS
• On the Job Experience in Code Reviews using Visual Studio, Code Flow etc.
• Understanding of Metadata
  -Driven Development models, Multitenant Architecture, WAAD and Azure ACS etc.
• Deep Experience in Design Patterns and Architecture, Performance Optimizations, Security.
• The following skills would be good to have and NOT a must:
• JQuery, AJAX, Script Debugging experience, Boots trapper
• Analytical skills and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
