French language data quality role on the Data Quality Analytics team. In this role, you’ll help improve the quality of data that powers global products by reviewing, labeling, and analyzing content in French
. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a key part in enhancing user experiences worldwide.

9‑Month Contract
Hybrid – Redmond, WA or Burlingame, CA
(Mon/Fri Remote, Tues/Wed/Thurs Onsite)
8:30 AM – 5 PM PST
$27/hour

• Author and refine guidelines for French-language data collection and quality assurance audits.
• Conduct internal research studies involving French-speaking participants, including sourcing, guiding through procedures, and collecting data while maintaining confidentiality.
• Perform weekly quality assurance audits of French-language data collected by internal and external teams.
• Compose weekly reports highlighting trends and issues specific to French-language data.
• Provide ongoing feedback to collection teams to ensure high-quality French data and monitor program performance to identify best practices for data quality improvement.

• Fluency in French (spoken and written) is required.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Google Sheets/Excel), including formula writing.
