About the Role

Amazon’s project Leo is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low‑latency, high‑speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.

The Seller and Partner Products (SPP) team at Leo works on initiatives that support Leo’s Enterprise (B2B) and Channel Partners (B2B2X) customer segments to deliver streamlined sales and ordering processes. We are looking for a talented and experienced Salesforce Engineer with an action‑oriented mindset and a focus on exceeding expectations.

In this role you will define, design, architect, and implement CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work extensively with product managers, technical program managers, engineering managers, and software engineers to define and develop technical solutions. The ideal candidate will pioneer mechanisms and processes to enhance speed and scalability within our environment.

Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

• Work with product managers to design and architect business workflows for quote management, contract management, order management, and order orchestration.
• Produce design artifacts including system architecture, solution design documents, and data models.
• Implement solutions using Lightning Web Components, Apex, Triggers, and Salesforce declarative tools.
• Deploy solutions with Dev Ops practices and enterprise security best practices.
• Monitor middleware performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize configurations to maintain system efficiency and reliability.
• Partner closely with cross‑functional teams, providing technical leadership, guidance, and expertise to ensure successful integration projects.
• Design, develop, and review Apex code to support complex business logic and integrations.
• Serve as the technical lead and architect for the Salesforce platform, ensuring best practices are followed and technical debt is managed.
• Oversee and mentor entry‑level and mid‑level engineers.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience on the  platform
• Expertise in Lightning Web Components, Apex Classes/Controllers, and Apex Triggers development
• Knowledge of integrations, third‑party integration tools, and ETL with Salesforce

• Experience working with technical and business stakeholders from global cross‑functional teams.

The base salary range for this position is USD  –  annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
