Group Product Manager, Technology Focus

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
• Over 12 years in product, service, or program management or software development
• Proven track record in leading product teams
• Strong understanding of data analytics and growth strategies
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Ability to establish and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Experience in mentoring and fostering team culture

• Develop and implement strategy for Teams analytics and growth platforms, aligning with Microsofts overall data initiatives
• Mentor and guide the Product Management team, promoting curiosity and customer-centricity
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams to create a cohesive technical vision and roadmap
• Create and manage frameworks to track performance and accelerate data-driven decision-making
• Advocate for platform adoption by designing intuitive, scalable solutions that benefit internal teams and enhance customer value
