Are you an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst with a desire to excel? If so, then Talent Software Services may have the job for you! Our client is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to work at their company in Redmond, WA.

Position Summary: The main function of this role is to perform the analysis, design, implementation, modification, and daily functional support of all applications.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies.
• Gather requirements from business units and translate them to programmers and developers.
• Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation.
• Demonstrate informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities.
• Support one or more highly complex business processes.
• Work on multiple projects as a project team member.
• Serve as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.
• Purpose of the Team:
  Collaborate with the team to maintain data integrity, which includes (but is not limited to) master data management, supply chain management, and project management.
• Key Projects:
  Engage in confidential projects, primarily working with the team in meetings, data analysis, and Power
  
  BI edits.
• Typical Task Breakdown and Operating Rhythm:
  Allocate 40% to meetings, 30% to Power
  
  BI editing, and 30% to data analysis, driving actions to improve data quality.

Qualifications:

  Required:
  
  2-4 years of experience.
• Degrees or Certifications
  
  Required:
  
  No degrees or certifications required.
• Disqualifiers:
  Candidates must be quick learners and able to work in an ambiguous environment.
• Best vs. Average:
  The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience with Power BI and project management, with a junior-level understanding of how data is used and reported.
• Performance Indicators:
  Candidates will be evaluated on their ability to meet deadlines, quality of work, ability to work in ambiguity, and quick learning capabilities.
• 2 years of experience or certification in overall supply chain experience.
• 2 years of experience in overall Excel skills.
• 2 years of experience in overall project management.
• A bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field is required. An MBA or other related advanced degree is preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience required.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages to comprehend reading code and basic functions.
• Ability to create business solutions that increase competitive advantage.
• Ability to exercise good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Project management skills to handle diverse projects, often simultaneously, and meet aggressive deadlines.
• Ability to solve technical problems/processes and understand complex details.
• Ability to increase operating efficiency and produce high-quality technical solutions.
• A high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills is necessary to relate to others at their systems knowledge level.
• Ability to analyze complex situations and problems and conduct the necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutions.
