Business Listings Product Manager

We believe in helping businesses build their online presence through getting to know them personally and by being their marketing agency whether they are big or small.

This position requires great oversight, research, and ownership of the business listings product and how it applies to sales, account managers, and the Platypus brand of products. We are looking for a person who will continue to grow the department and be responsible for increased sales, product quality, and management of fulfillment teams in the US and Philippines.

Responsibilities:

• Direct Manager point of contact for all business listings inquiries
• Direct Contact to Yext and other vendors who supply product
• Fulfillment Workflow development and implementation
• Delegation of Tasks to Fulfillment team
• Ongoing Review of team efficiencies / workload
• Quality Assurance of product and Team
• Ongoing development and research to improve product
• Intradepartmental collaboration to build new product mixes
• Employee performance reviews in department
• Create new products / workflows
• Organize & Develop Training of other team/departments
• Collaboration with Sales
• Product research
• Lead Generation & Online Tools
• Maintain Website content & tools
