Our client, a leading organization in the technology and digital content industry, is seeking a Researcher 3 to join their team. As a Researcher 3, you will be part of the Content Team supporting AI industry research and evaluation workflows. The ideal candidate will have meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Researcher 3
Location: Remote (PST hours)
Pay Rate Range: $38/hr to $41/hr on W2
What's the Job?
Support human evaluation work streams by collecting and organizing AI-produced presentations and slide edits across various industry sectors.
Configure testing environments on multiple AI tools following detailed instructions from the product team.
Execute structured evaluation runs, capturing outputs such as images, slides, decks, and text with precision.
Organize and manage outputs within cloud storage platforms like One Drive and SharePoint for easy access and traceability.
Track progress against run lists, ensure comprehensive coverage of scenarios, and report issues proactively to the team.
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or operational field or equivalent practical experience.
At least 2 years of experience in a technical operations, research, or production support role, preferably in software, AI, or digital content environments.
Experience with a variety of AI tools and a good understanding of AI industry trends and updates.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience with cloud storage platforms such as One Drive and SharePoint, along with basic file management skills.
