The Senior Biostatistician (or Manager, Biostatistics
) leads statistical design, analysis, and reporting for assigned clinical studies. Working closely with data management, programming, and clinical teams, the role supports later‑phase trials across multiple U.S. locations, including Redmond, Princeton, and Sugar Land, TX.

• Provide input for study design, analysis, and reporting to ensure statistically sound methodologies.
• Authorship of statistical sections in Protocols, Statistical Analysis Plans, and other key documents.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on study initiation, data collection, database lock, and delivery of statistical outputs, including report preparation and necessary analyses and programming.
• Provide statistical support for regulatory submissions and interactions.
• Offer study‑level statistical leadership and communicate relevant concepts and results to team members.

• MS (5+ years of experience) or PhD (2+ years of experience) in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Chinese required.
• Experience as a study statistician in clinical trials, preferably oncology.
• Proficiency in SAS or R statistical software.
• Excellent technical and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting.

The expected base salary range is $120,000 – $160,000 annually, with compensation based on qualifications and experience.
